So i thought i found a good cellphone for a reasonable price. S3 mini on Top up 135 Plus.
Apparently i could not be approved in store. They then had to send my details to Head office.
A week later after hearing no response from anyone regarding this, i went back to the branch.
The helpful consultant called head office and they told her i don't have any credit history.
REALLY NOW!?
I have a year old car, clothing account. What else do they need? a few credit cards debts?? (No thanks!)
Bottom line is how am i approved for a normal 135 Top up but not for one a few rands more.
VODACOM THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!
