Blackberry 9360 handset sent for repairs in February 2013, again in May 2013, and again in June 2013. Have sent 4 written complaints and numerous telephonic complaints. TO NO AVAIL.
My warranty on the handset expires on 20.07.2013. No-one at Autopage knows where my handset is and yet I am paying for a service I am NOT receiving.
complaint responses range from 2 days to acknowledge receipt of complaint to 22 days to respond to complaint with NO positive outcome.
