I can not believe that every time I have dealings with this company it ends with me being unhappy as a customer, and been told to wait.
This time round I have returned a faulty BB supplied in mid January on 8 July. Till today they can not find this phone, and as a result not give any feed back. Strangely one of their staff just told me that the phone has been signed for and is back with me.
I can not understand that a communications company the size of Autopage cant get it right time and time again. Surely Im not unique and am the only person experiencing these problems.
I believe the solution is simple, you loose it you replace it. Keeping the customer waiting for over a week to resolve the problem that a simple paper trail should give the answer to, is not acceptable. I am paying for services that I can not use not through any fault of my own.
