My telephone got while in Autopage's possession for repairs. I have made numerous inquiries from customer care and also lodged a complaint since their insurance department is not responding to the inquiries and the manager never phoned me with regards to the complaint it has been going on since 8 July 2013. I still pay my handset fee, my insurance fee and i get billed R36 every time I phone customer care. Nothing is happening, I had to buy a new phone as well. According to me they have broken the contract with me since I have to incur all these additional expenses just to get their insurance to respond. I pay for a handset I do not have, I pay for insurance that is not responding. I pay a phone charge to log a complaint which a manager was suppose to respond to between 2 and 24 hours according to the sms I received and again Autopage breaks their own agreement with me as the consumer. If u call the customer line all they do is sending internal messages for each other but still no reply from them, if u ask for a manager or supervisor they aren't available.
