As per my previous complaint, Blackberry 9360 went for repairs whilst still under warranty - service provider refused to replace despite handset being 7 mths old and having needed a software update on 2/3 previous occasions. handset submitted on 29.05.2013 - numerous back & forths between Autopage & Vodacom Repairs Eastgate. Phone finally returned on 13.09.2013 (14 weeks of the client having to do all the follow up).
Battery & trackpad supposedly replaced, alleged "fluid" damage, software upgrade incomplete - one week later and not working AGAIN. now BEYOND FRUSTRATED.
