Our tablet broke down after just 2 weeks after signing our contract! What a nightmare! Tablet was 'fixed' so they said but once switched on it was still giving the same problem! After a huge fight it was returned for a priority fix but yet we waited 2 weeks again! Now a mere month down the line its giving the same problem! FFS WHEN WILL SOMEONE AT VODACOM WAKE UP! Now we have to get frustrated with the same service and wait for who knows how long to get it fixed a 3rd time! This unit should have been replaced in the first place!
What makes it even more frustrating is the data that was loaded and will be wiped when they 'FIX' it. As weel as money paid on premiums and data usage to load things! VODACOM WINS ALL THE WAY! No wonder they are 1 of the biggest companies in SA! I'd also be rich if I cost my consumers money!
