I took out a contract on the 14 Feb 2013 with 8ta for a Huawei Mobile WiFi E5331 modem. It was confirmed that I do fall in the area where connection is available. I have now been trying since then to get this to work. I received one call on a Saturday morning at 8am but my cell was on silent. They left a message and I called back but it just gets logged again. I have phoned, spoken to Ridaa and Thelma who promised to call me and I'm still waiting. Before they can come out to see if it works in the area, they need to test the modem and 2 1/2 months later NOTHING has happened.
When I asked if I could speak to someone with authority that will be able to do something, I was told that I have to use the same channel i.e. call the HELP line. Told him that I was going to go to Hello Peter and I was told that would be the way to go!!! If I get no joy from this, I am going to cancel my debit order as I have been paying since then for a service I can't use!!!
