HI, In April i subscribe to a discounted airtime through my Jet account. to my surprise i have been billed twice but I'm never receive any airtime. i have called the offices, they insist the airtime is being sent to me, so i wanted a proof of that but i didn't get it and last lady i spoke too was rude.
Today i called in again they telling me they will come back to me within 48hrs.
I'm so angry because I'm paying for something that im not receiving.
Please Help me
