My recharge voucher fell in water filled with soap and I couldn't see sum of the numbers of the recharge pin they asked for a picture of the recharge voucher and responded by saying they unable to see the numbers and therefore they are unable to help me, how can this be? As I told them I could see most of the numbers and they surely can pick up the rest of the numbers but still they cannot help me its sad they can't credit me for the R10 airtime shame on you
