Purchased airtime via absa loyality points

Purchased airtime in May with my absa rewards points that they offer for an amount R275 and up to date i have not received the airtime.when i call absa they just keep sending me the recharge pin but when i call Vodacom to ask why the airtime is not showing on my phone the advise me its already been used and i must call Absa imagine we know in almost October and still its not been resolved.i have reference numbers and everything imagine how much i have spend now making these calls to Absa and Vodacom and still no airtime.
than Absa has the nerve to advise my sister to sent this complaint to the ombudsman cause they have done nothing wrong.
We need this resolved today. Imagine how may other people just leave this when they dont receive the airtime. Well im not leaving it i want what''s due to me, TODAY.patricia abdul.
