I received a call around 16:09 yesterday, 25th July. While on the phone, the voice prompt said I have one minute remaining. Now this normally is said when you made a call and your airtime is about to be finished. I checked my airtime balance and it was less than a Rand from airtime that was over R100. I contacted the call centre immediately and was advised that I would get feedback of the investigation in 24hrs. 24hrs later, I was told I would need to wait till the 13th Aug for another investigation. Please help me understand the fillowing:
- why charge me for a received call
- how many times have you robbed me and other customers like this wihout notice
- why do I have to wait for almost a month for and answer and a refund
Is this what you call customer service?
