I have two contracts with MTN.Last month my airtime just started disappearing rapidly. This month the same thing happened on both numbers.1st number. I had - R20.00 balance, on the 21st my account was recharged then I had -R120.00 I checked my balance yesterday (22.01.2013) it was on R65.00 I then called MTN (at 17h10 spoke to Clyde) they advised that I was subscribed to Opera Telecom and that I needed to call them & advised that I needed to provide the customer service rep with code 4028327 and request to be unsubscribed & that I will be reimbursed for both numbers. Then last night my balance was on R30.00.Today I checked it was on R23.00, bearing in mind that I made no calls. I then called Opera Telecom today (13h07 spoke to a guy by the name of Steve) who advised that he will unsubscribe me on both numbers and then provided me with the telephone number for Sprint Media there where no customer service reps available, the voice prompt recommended that I leave all my details and that some one will get back to me asap, or I should email my complaint. 2nd number the same thing happens but amounts of R40.00.I want to be reimbursed as this never happend at Vodacom.
