I have been incorrectly billed in December, and my query was logged with Altech on 7th ofJanuary 2013. To date, I have no response from the supplier. I am extremely purturbed with the service. My account / subscription is paid on time, but my query is just ignored. This tells me alot about ethics.
From the onset of my contract, I have been experiencing issues with Altech and companies acting on their behalf.
