I have been incorrectly billed in December, and my query was logged with Altech on 7th ofJanuary 2013. Cherante from the supplier called me and assured me that the problem has been resolved I will no longer experience the same problem. After receiving my invoice my February invoice, I mailed Cherante and advised her that I have been incorrecty billed. I did not receive a response to my e mail and my debit order went off on the 28th of Feb 2013 with the incorrect amount. I am more that irate at present, cos I was assured that this has been fixed. I am paying interest on my account, whilst Altech is gaining interest. How many other client`s are being incorrectly billed?
From the onset of my contract, I have been experiencing issues with Altech and companies acting on their behalf. If you are unable to provide the service you advertise, then cancel my contract. Wouldnt mind speaking to the CEO of your company.
