Altech Autopage has to be the most incompetent telecommunications companies in SA!
I Spent 3 days trying to resolve a billing query. I have a Cell C 3g stick contract through Altech Autopage, my contract cost is R289.00/month, of which i use for business. In November 2013 i got billed R4916.00, of which i called through to quire the charge, they said that i used 6gig's over my 2 gig package, of which i agree, i did make use of my data package. A rate of 15c/mb at over 6 gig's, it add's up to R900, R300 for my monthly billing = R1200. Of which the telephone consultant agreed. To get debited R4916.00 is day light! i got an sms on the 05.12.13 saying that i will get reimbursed, (ref. number P1312051520) within 48 hours, of which nothing happened. End of December i got billed R1400 again. I am serious off! I am not even receiving my statements. If i do not get closure on the matter, within the week, i will take legal action against Altech.
