DREADFUL SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

I was convinced by Arashaad not to cancel the Getit service, and decided to try the service. I decided to use the movie option with the kids, only to be dissapointed. First, nobody told me you need to have a credit card to make use of the services, after working around this, I received the sms tickets only to find they were 2D. I contacted the call centre and advised that the cinema did not do 2D and the website did not give me the option or advise before hand of it, and Tasmina said to go and pay for new tickets and they would refund me. Keagan contacted me the Monday and asked me to send my banking details for the refund, and 2 days later he called to say that they would refund the tickets I bought on line and not the ones purchased cash. Firstly, I decided to do the movies only to take advantage of the 2 for 1 offer, and paid R135 online, and paid R375 cash for the tickets, only because they were going to reimburse me. After many promises of supervisors and managers will be contacting me, NOTHING. Not a call or e-mail and I am still sitting out of pocket for over R500. I tried the IT expert service on Thursday, and was told they were all busy and would call back. Nobody has.
