I bought two general admission tickets for Bon Jovi from Big Concerts in October. I then decided that I would rather have Golden Circle tickets, bought the tickets, and asked them for a refund on the general standing tickets. They ensured me that the tickets would be cancelled and refunded within 7 - 10 working days.
