Refusal to reimburse

I booked 4 tickets online with my credit card on 31 May to see a movie on 1 June. We were not able to go and I called call centre the Saturday and they advised what I could do on the Monday to be reimbursed. I called the Monday and spoke to Constance. I had to follow up quite a few times with her before I was given Belinda's (manager) contact details in order for me to follow up myself. I got hold of Belinda the following week who then followed up with Waterfront as they need to confirm that there was a no-show.. According to the Waterfront I collected my tickets and according to them, all one needs is the ref# which comes in the email. My question then was could someone not have punched in wrong code (which happens to be mine) and gotten the tickets, the answer was no, numbers are too far apart. The manager then offered to give me 2 tickets which I refused as I bought 4 tickets.

I was nowhere close to the waterfront to collect the tickets, not one of us went to see the movie and I have now lost my money on 4 tickets. Amazingly they trust their system fully which clearly indicates to me that online bookings are not that safe, secondly they mistrust their clients - DISGUSTED!
