Hi there. i booked tickets for The Hobbit IMAX 3D on your App that i downloaded. when we got to the cinema we were told that the tickets we booked were not for IMAX but only for 3D. On the App the movie has in large writing "3D" on it, while the IMAX 3D has nothing at all, this is very misleading as on your website, the IMAX 3D movie has "3D" written on it. i explained this and was told that i can try and get my ticket changed. I went to do so but was told that i must pay the full price to change my ticket.
I had to pay for both the IMAX tickets and the normal tickets which is very annoying as no-one was helpfull at all. Firstly you need to sort out how you display movies on your App, it can be very misleading. Secondly you need to address how your employees deal with people who are trying to change their tickets. I dont feel that i should have to pay for both sets of tickets when i was just trying to upgrade following being mislead by your app.
