When the eminem tickets went on sale i purchased 4 tickets, then the next day i purchased 3, so went to checkers to collect but they only gave me the 3 tickets i bought online that day, told me that the 4 tickets i bought previous day i can only get after january 13,
Called the call centre, the agents could not assist and kept making excuses for what i dont know, asked to speak to a manager and was unsuccessful, asked to get someone in management to call me back and still have not received any feedback,
Why could i get my tickets i bought on the day but not the ones i bought the previous day,???
