Hi

I've recently taken a new contract on the 13 july 2013 at the edgars store in gateway. I've then needed for them to allow me to keep the number I've always had by doin a sim swop, everything was paid for and da consultant processesed it n said that it has been improved bt will only b active on the 15 of july at 10 o clock in the evening I've phoned vodacom n was asked to contact da store. I am stil unable to use the phone cause there isn't service and has been on sos.today is tuesday and I'm still unable to use the phone and not prepared to go back to the store cause I'm always busy and working. I'm realy disappointed and not prepared to waste any money on what should have been done correctly. I'm prepared to take this further coz money has gone through for something that I'm unable use.
