Parents dont buy phones for ur kid with vodacom!!

With kids their phone gets lost or. Can u picture a 11 yr old reporting it to a call center? after all what will they say? But that is exactly what the Vodacom CC expects. I purchased the phone, the phone was Rica'd in my name, I buy the airtime. When calling the Vodacom CC on 111 no, a Sisanda answered. (21h00 on 12th July 2013). I explained that the phone was and I would like to block it etc. I was asked for the IMEI no. I explained that I have to look for it. I was asked 4 the owner, I am the owner! Uncomfortably I was asked 4 questions: When last did you put in airtime? How much was it? What type of phone is it? And how much points do u have? Out of those I could answer the amt of airtime, round about the date and the type of phone. But Noooo becos I have not answered all correctly they wud rather speak to the user. I got upset. I asked if they thot a 11yr old wud know what I don't? I then find the IMEI no. but it's not enough. They will rather send me a email, that will take 6 hrs. What. Awful service, with stupid processes. Can someone With kids rather do the ques so that the actual owners can answer. Well my contracts won't be renewed & will be cancelled
