So whats new at MTN, nothing! They still up your account, dont apply payments. This time screwing up my Credit Rating. In March my phone was taken over by my Company. But I still made my final payment directly to MTN using the same reference that I have used in past 2-3 years! So now this woman tells me that I used the wrong reference number. THEY decided to change my Account Number without saying to me that now you must use the new reference.! And on top of this without any reminder, notification or letters these people listed me at Credit Bureau screwing up my rating. Now they say sorry but nothing we can do.
Let me guarantee you MTN, that I will take this matter to any level of court or arbitration, to take you to Account until I receive a Formal Apology letter from you people. Its not my problem if you do not have proper processes in place when account is migrated. How the you can change my Account Number without telling me and expect me to magically know!!!
I will not you get away this time. Trust me on this one.
BOTTOM LINE. MTN IS THE PITS!!!
But now this time I will not let this matter die down irrespective of the costs.
