I UPGRADED TO A BLACKBERRY 9900 ON 16TH FEBRUARY 2013, AND WAS BACK ON 8TH MARCH SINCE THEN IT WAS IN FOR 3 TIMES, EVERYTIME I LOSE MY INFORMATION ALL MY PHOTOS IT SWITCHES OF BY ITSELF AND THEN IT DOES NOT SWITCH ON AGAIN, AND AFTER LOOKING AT MY CONTRACT IT SAYS MTN HAS 3 OPTIONS WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS REFUND/EXCHANGE/REPAIR, BUT NO ONE GAVE THAT OPTIONS ONLY THE OPTION THAT IT MUST BE SENT AWAY! I WENT BACK TO MTN ON THE 2/7/13 THEY SENT THE PHONE AWAY AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY WANTED TO REPLACE IT, WITH ANOTHER 9900 THEN I SAID NO THE PHONE HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED WHY SHOULD I HAVE A PHONE THAT IS DISCONTINUED??? MY LAWYER IS BUSY WITH IT BUT WITH NO SUCCESS ON THEIR PART FIRSTLY IT WAS THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT THAT HAD TO SORT IT OUT, NOW IT WAS A MEETING IN CAPE TOWN TODAY WHAT WILL THE EXCUSE BE TOMMORROW! I WANT A PHONE THAT'S THE SAME VALUE OF THE 9900, AND I WANT MTN TO PAY FOR ALL DISCOMFORT I HAD TO HAVE LOOSING ALL MY COMPANIES INFORMATION AND HAD ENOUGH OF THIS NONSENSE, I THINK I SHOULD CHOOSE ANOTHER CELLPHONE PROVIDER!!! THEN I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE WEEKS WHY THE PHONE IS FAULTY FROM THE START AND EVERYTIME THEY SUPPLIED ANOTHER ONE THAT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM
