Autopage Cellular Upgrade Service

After three weeks we have still not had my wife's upgraded phone delivered. Every delivery date had come and gone with no delivery or call from Autopage. Every time we have phoned them back we have been promised a call back by a supervisor - zip! Two days ago they delivered a sim card which we rejected because a sim card without a handset is useless. Today alone I have spoke to four people and was promised a call back - zip. Call the Head Office number and ask to speak to a senior manager, including the MD Boyd Chizlett and you get routed back to the call centre, this time at your expense. Today I have spoken to Thabelo, Sipho, Sphelele and Diteboho: all very sweet and understanding, but powerless to do anything. You cant get to speak to supervisors/managers because their phones are engaged or they are out of the office. Worst service in the industry.
