I requested that my statements be emailed to be and still they keep op MMS it to me. I pay for itemized billing every month but seeing as I don't receive a statement I am paying for something that is not done.

I also changed my banking details and the lady confirmed that it was enough time for the details to be changed that it will be taking from my new account at the end of June 2013.

The amount was taken from my old account which did not have any money in therefore making me pay unnecessary bank costs. I was told when I called in regards to the amount that was taken of my old account that I was incorrectly informed and that they needed to listen to the recording first and will then come back to me.

Yesterday I received a voicemail saying that it has to be paid immediately.

I am not going to pay until someone confirms that they made a mistake and how I am going to be reimbursed for the unnecessary costs.
