Hi

We had a loan with Wonga we did not pay the account on time, on the 6 of May 2013 we received an sms saying we should contact Blake regarding the outstanding amount. I called them on the 6 of May to make arrangement. I asked the lady what the balance was she gave me amount and I asked her if we can pay it on the 26 May. She confirmed with me that will be fine i also confirm if i pay that amount she gave me on 26 May the account will be cleared and she also confirmed that. When i called again on the 27 May just confirm the banking details and amount so i can make the payment they told us the amount is more because of interest. I told the lady that i was given an amount on the 6 May that i must pay by the 26 May how can it be more now, She told me daily interest was add from the 6 May. I requested the recording for the call i made on 6 May were i was not told that interest would be add and that the amount i was given on the 6 May will be correct to pay on the 26 May.
Blake called us back today telling that we still need to pay the interest amount even after they did listen to the call and confirmed i was not informed about the interest.
