I have been trying for 5 months to have my password reset so that I can view accounts and pay. Each time I reset it tells me to contact customer services. I have contacted them a number of times and all they seem to say is "we are having a problem with our website today" and no one can seem to help.
This is ridiculous. Please get people who know how to build a website to work on it.
