I cancelled my subscription in March this year with a visit to the East Gate Branch. I requested my outstanding balance which they could not give me as they were off line, I made an Internet payment of what i thought the amount MIGHT be. I waited for a statement as per my request to be sent to my e-mail NOTHING. I visited East Gate branch again in early July to find out the Balance, i got this balance and promptly did an EFT for the final amount. Now i apply for credit and i get told that i cant as Virgin Mobile has listed me. NICE ONE!!! you are at fault and i cant get credit.

I am now not only disappointed in your service but disgusted. I would appreciate a call from and and letter clearing my name.
