Transfer of ownership not done by Cell c

On the 13th of August 12 we visited the Cape Gate branch. We completed forms for a change of ownership with Navania. From HvdMerwe to Sonja Engelbrecht. Sonja handed in a 3month bank statement, as well as a copy of her id and we both signed the change of ownership. I paid the amount of R834 (balance of the contract) - I had to phone 084140 because Cape Gate branch could not give me the outstanding amount. On the 24th of Dec an amount of R105.26 was deducted and on the 25th of Jan an amount of R182 from my account and on April 8th R110. I send an email to tell them I want my money back as this was no longer my phone. Ref numb 3013003997. Shani at Cape Gate branch phoned me and told me that I am still responsible for the outstanding amount as the contract is in my name. I told her that we complete change of ownership forms. She said Navania is not at the Cape Gate Branch anymore and they cannot find the papers. They used the money for the monthly subscriptions and did not do the change of ownership. Shani mentioned she will blacklist me if I do not pay the outstanding amount. She also asked me to get hold of Sonja to phone them - I have no contact anymore
