NO DELIVERY AFTER 5 weeks

I purchased a contract about 5 weeks ago (the 2gig data bundle including device and Samsung TV) I have still not received the TV after 5 weeks after I was promised it would be delivered this week. I am not happy with this service at all, and I have been patient for 5 weeks. Please fix this immediately.
