Vodacom won't refund my R5290 taken from my Acc

When I signed the contract for a data card with Vodacom through my company, they put me into the wrong package instead of the prepaid package. I signed up in April.

I did not receive an invoice in April or May, only received my first invoice in June and the bill had amounted to R5290. I tried to call the call centre to no avail. in the mean time my account had been debited with this amount on the 26th.

I reported the matter to our onsite Vodacom office and they took responsibility for the matter and on the 3rd I was promised payment on the 4th see below email:

The credit note will be done, I can only do it after bill run which is today

I have accumulated interest on my overdure accounts that are dependant on this money and I know Vodacom will only pay what is due to me and nothing more.

I am frustrated and feel so helpless. I find that the lady that I took this up with, Lisa Patterson does not communicate or prioritise this matter at all.

I am disgusted by Vodacom after being a client for over a decade!!!
