INEFFICIENCY and INCOMPETENCY

I have been trying for the past month to get my number ported from another network to telkom mobile, looking at it now, may have been a mistake trying to join telkom mobile!

There have been excuse after excuse, with no resolution. The after service is terrible, no follow up done even when i specifically asked the store personnel to call me back.

As a customer I am really angry and saddened by the INEFFICIENCY and INCOMPETENCY of Telkom Mobile. As from the mid June till today NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!! I await to see how they will compensate me!!!
