Recently I got an e-mail from Gmail saying that I need to change my password as someone is trying to hack into my account. I got one of a fright as ALL my personal details are there. Needless to say, I verified this and then changed the password.
Now here is my problem: My blackberry curve was linked to my G-mail account and because I changed the password the two were no longer linked. I tried every step I could find on Google to no avail. Finally I phoned Cell C and explained my problem.
And here is the reply I got, you will love this: "Madam I am going to need your G-mail account PASSWORD in order for me to link it to your blackberry again."
WHAT?!?!?!?! Absofreakenlutely NOT! Is there no other way to link the two again without giving some stranger access to my WHOLE life??? This is completely and totally pathetic and unacceptable. Would you give some strange your PIN to your bank account???
