I was struggling to connect with 3G that was supplied to me by the Mtn Menlyn consultant for almost a month or two and no one seemed to know what was the problem with the device or the modem, it was the later established that the problem was with the modem and it was taken in for repairs on 03/05/2013 but there was no correspondance regarding the progress of issue. I had to drive to the shop to find out what was taking so long only then it was explained that the new modem was ordered on 08/05/2013 . why was I not informed about that and why does it take so long for me to get the new device as promised.
