Faulty unit exhange

We got a Xpelair unit as a gift and it was not installed immediately. When we install the unit it was faulty. I phoned Jennie at Xpelair and she said they will exchange the unit without a invoice. Further more she brought the new unit in person to our home, which is way out from her workplace... Well done!!
