I bought my vehicle with the unit brand new in March 2011, in December 2012 Matrix called me to let me know my unit is faulty and had to go to Gauteng Car Sound as they will see to my unit, i went there as told, when i got there the guy told me my unit is faulty and will cost R1400.00 to replace, i told him to remoce the unit and i will install tracker as i get staff discount with my company, then left..i found out August 2013 that i am still being charged for service fees from Matrix as i didnt cancel with them last year.i phone my finance bank to ask them what to i do, they told me to phone kia motors germistion as i bought the car there, THEY DIDNT HELP ME MUCH..Matrix then contacted me and send me a mail saying they will only pay me 3 monts debit amount and wont pay for my unit as i got no proof that the car sound place kept it, i asked them for help as i didnt know what to do, Natasha Moodley "I refer to our telephonic discussion and confirm that we have requested advice from our Legal team.
