Can't install unit!

My first experience with Tracker has been shocking! Firstly they want your bank details even if the insurance is paying for the unit and I can see by the complaints that they keep debiting peoples accounts when they shouldn't which is clearly why they wanted it! The contract completing process was shocking cause you have to keep repeating information that the previous person has requested from you and then comes the big promise; We will call you to install the unit! Pity the call didn't take place and when I followed up, I was apparently not on the system but was eventually found! Then apparently the unit can only be installed in a closed garage, which is understandable BUT can only be done between 8 and 4 Monday to Friday! Now understand Tracker that there are people who work during those hours and they do not have access to a closed garage! Also there are people who live in one city and work in another! So now the unit can't be fitted. I am also dead sure they will not let you cancel the contract! Great start to the year!
