I would just like to say KHAYO MNGUNI is a wonderful person, Telkom is lucky to have him on their team. He arrived at our house at 11:30am. Telkom normally has 3 telephone poles to investigate as fixing our telephone lines is a regular occasion - old wires.
He visited one house and was told that he could not enter because the baby was sleeping so the lady did not want any noise. So he tried the next house but was told that the owner would be back in 20min, so he waited but decided to go as this was wasting time. Then he tried our neighbour who we sometimes have problems entering their property. But myself and Khayo took up the challenge. Lucky, our neighbour was home and allowed us in. The neighbour was on the way to the airport so he only had 15min for to work. Mr Khayo Mnguni worked for the exact 15min and then re-visited the 2nd house where the owner was coming back shortly to complete the job. Khayo worked until the problem was fixed at 2pm.
