I am not satisfied at all with mtn attitude

Good day,

I have received the worst shocking service at mtn, and being the mtn user for more than 10 years i feel like. I called mtn to do the simswap on the phone and was sent form pillar to post just because i ddnt have the whole information that they request. I feel like this is pathetic, how can i know all the calls that i made on the phone that i am using for business purposed. I sent them and affidavit and copy of my id as requested, till now i have not received any res ponce form them. called their call centre last night and had to hold for more than 45 min just to talk to a consultant hat said they received my documents but i still have another 24 hrs to wait until my simswap is done. How long am I suppose to wait for mtn to call me back regarding the sim swap as it is more than 24 hrs now waiting for the call from them.
