It is now Day 3 and my NEW SAMSUNG SIII is still not working after I had requested for a Simswap which i thought would be done asap as advised by the consultant who assisted me. I have been sent from pillar to post and yet no assistance. Now I've been without a phone for 3 and possibly 4 more days as I cannot use my older phone as MTN number is "barred" thanks to the useless SIM and the new phone is even worse.. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT??!!! If only I knew a simswap would be so difficult I would have rather took out the contract somewhere else. I am sending back the phone and cancelling the contract.
