Blatant from Autopage sales assist

I had a call from Cynthia at Autopage regarding an additional Cell C contract she would like to inform me about. I listened to some of her sales talk, since I am a customer of Autopage. After a while I referred her to my father, since the contract is in his name. Upon arriving home, I heard from my father that she told him how excited I was about the contract she is wanting to sell and that she would need all his details in order to deliver the package to the correct address. Among other things she wanted to know where he worked, what his income was and other personal details. He did not give her any information other than our home address and his ID no, after which she called me again, asking to CONFIRM the information he gave her, asking about his work etc. I did not. At no time in either of these conversations did either of us indicate our interest in the product, only referring her between us. Yet I received two messages congratulating me on being connected to "extreme Lifestyle", and thanking me for the interest I showed in Mobilestore, promising to update me on specials. Synthia was blatantly lying to both of us in order to get our details. Luckily we suspected something.
