Completely disgusted with the terrible service!

I did an on-line upgrade on 06.08.13, and guess what, I STILL don't have a phone! The RAM van which was supposed to deliver my phone was hijacked on 07.08.13. I only found this out after I called RAM. I then tried contacting Vodacom to enquire about the process and when I'd be getting my phone, and was sent from pillar to post, NO-ONE could explain to me what was going to happen and when I'd get my phone. I emailed customer care on 08.08.13, and there also, had to wait for it to be escalated. I was FINALLY called by Lesley Dean on 14.08.13, who gave me three options, of which I decided on 16.08.13 that I would wait till 20.08.13, and an order for a black Xperia Z would be placed, and he promised that it would be here by today. On 19.08.13, a delivery of a WHITE phone came, which I sent back because that was NOT what I ordered, I tried contacting Lesley, who only got back to me TODAY. I am highly annoyed by the poor service. I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 YEARS and am disgusted to the point of wanting to cancel my contract with you guys. It's been 16 DAYS since I upgraded and I still do not have my phone. This is totally unacceptable!!!
