8ta / Telkom Mobile
NO SERVICE!

I am fed up and very disappointed!!! I have a 10GB contract with 8ta. Was very impressed and happy in the beginning of my contract (about 2 years now) but the past 5-6 months I just been having problems! NO SERVICE after 5pm - only picks up EDGE, I can't even open Google! How could I have had great service for about a year and a half 24/7 and then all of a sudden nothing! I work from home and specifically got this package as I thought it would suite me, and it did, just not anymore! It is very strange seen as when I am home during the day, it seems to work - most of the time, but still gives problems, hopping off and on, when I try to work after 5pm, nothing, only EDGE! I could understand the network is busy after 5 but seriously how could I have good service at 4:59 and when the clock strikes 5 - nothing! I mostly do the grueling work of by business (I am a web developer) after 5, and the internet is necessary. I am mostly at clients during the day. To make things even more unpleasing - when a client has a problem at 7pm, I can't even go in and fix it! This is really hampering my business! What is the problem? And are you going to fix it or am I going to change service providers?
