I have been client of MTN for years now.
Despite the bad service
Now I have a problem and have been struggling with them for the passed few months to get back to.
with no Luck. Both parties is effected negatively, as I speak negative of the service, and i'm well known at work and home.
Plus they meet me half way by being more expensive that other service providers, there pamphlets speaks for themselves. The only network that stopped blackberry's Internet services. eish. young people love me when I tell them about cell c or vodacom that suits there pockets and meet them halfway.
My name in the process is being dragged through the mud, I have a house and car. I don't need anymore debt. I have been working cash for the past few years. and a small business
My kids has a saving plan to save up should he go study, Im saving up to Buy him what ever he might need in the future. and I have years to spare
I saw big business fall or had to be sold due to poor service and not taking care of clients.
maybe this is the way for MTN .keep it up guys. I love it.
