I had an phone upgrade in 2012.
Since day one Ihad problems with me phone, Nokia C5.
When I took it back Iwas told that I returned the pnhone on the eight'th day and that myphone willbesend away forrepairs and won't get a new phone.
I never new that vodacom counted Saturday and Sunday as a workingday.
I took the phone back numerous times for repairs just to return taking it back again.
And this is howit's being since 2012.
My phone is currently with themfor repairs again for the last three weeks and I havent't heardfrom Vodacom sin since.
I am very dissapointed as I am paying for something I am not benefiting from.
