Vodacom repairs Cresta - Waiting for 6 weeks now

Hi

Took my Blackberry 9300 in for repairs (trackpad jumping, again).
First job number: 8940797 taken into the shop 13th June
Second job number: 8947900
Latest job number: 9025009.

I got the phone back and gave an error: Phone not allowed MM6. I took the phone back (10 minutes later).
Twice after this I went to pick it up and still giving the same error.

I am flipping angry wasting so much of my time and money and petrol on this. Last SMS I had was on the 16th July.

I did not take my phone into the repair shop with this MM6 error. I'm.
