I have a Blackberry Bold 9900 on contract with MTN. I have not been able to download media for a while and when I call the Call Centre they say that since October 2012, all media downloads have been blocked by the network. You cannot use data bundles to download and there is no recourse at all.
I signed a contract thinking I would receive the full BIS service as offered by other networks, but this is a rip off.
