I wrote a while back about gifts card that they were issuing to people they had R2400 and i had to pay R90 a month i asked them to close the accout and was asked to pay R820 and they did deduct it from my account and an addtitional R180 i called them and they told me the account was closed and the'l be no more deductions from my account they asked me to email the proof of payment and i did so but the email address was incorrect. This month they deducted again R180, what i don't understand is how are they deducting money whereas the account is closed and also when i call them they are telling me about the calls and sms's that I am making on the contract, i never received any simcard or any phone it was just a gift voucher. Please stop taking money from my account or I will take further action against you.
