Account downgrade

I have downgraded from PLAYA 5 to BASIC 2, and have noticed a debit for R 159.19 from
the bank account on 25th June 2013. ( account 00021019)

Please reply as to why this amount was deducted, when the PLAYA 5 only cost R 134.10 per month
I understand the BASIC 2 costs R 98.00 per month.
This was sent to [Email Removed] as per the website link.

This enquiry was sent on 27th June 2013, 2nd July and again 9th July. When phoning 087 737 6550,
I always get voicemail. left message, and no response.

This is very, very bad service, as no one seems to care about the messages!!!
